Integrys Energy Services was created as a result of the merger between our parent company, WPS Resources Corporation and Peoples Energy Corporation.
The name Integrys (pronounced in-TEG-ris) was chosen to reflect our core value of integrity - integrity in our people, processes, and systems. Our name also reflects the integration of WPS Energy Services and Peoples Energy Services; as well as the unification of WPS Energy subsidiaries Advantage Energy and Quest Energy, under the Integrys Energy Services name.
This merger has brought two energy leaders together to create synergies and expand energy expertise. However, our top priority remains to "Provide customers with best value in energy and related services".
